PriorityPilot is a product of Priority Pilots Inc., based in Canada. We build strategy execution software and consulting services for social enterprises, nonprofits, and small to medium-sized businesses. If you have any questions about this policy, reach us at hello@prioritypilot.ca.

We only collect information you choose to give us. This includes:
- Name and email address — when you sign up for our newsletter, book a demo, or contact us
- Usage data — how you interact with our website and app (pages visited, features used) to help us improve
- Account information — if you create a PriorityPilot account, we store the details you provide
We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not sell your data. Ever.

Newsletter — The Commitment
Our newsletter is managed through Keila. By subscribing, you agree to receive periodic emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out, no questions asked.
Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies to understand traffic and improve your experience. We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run our business:
- Keila — newsletter delivery
- TidyCal — demo booking
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information needed for them to do their job.
